Security Policy
When you access the AGILIRON Online Services using Google Chrome 105.0 or higher Microsoft Edge 105.0 or higher or Mozilla Firefox 104.0 or higher or Apple Safari 5.0 or higher web browsers, Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology protects your information using both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that the Customer Data is transmitted in a safe, and secure manner. The Customer Data is stored in a database allocated exclusively for your business and available only to registered Users in your organization.
AGILIRON provides each registered User in your organization with a unique User name and password that must be entered each time a User logs on. AGILIRON issues a session "cookie" only to record encrypted authentication information for the duration of a specific session. The session "cookie" does not include either the User name or password of the User. AGILIRON does not use "cookies" to store other confidential User and session information, but instead implements more advanced security methods based on dynamic data and encoded session IDs.
AGILIRON utilizes the following approaches in delivering its service to protect the privacy, security, and availability of Customer Data and transactions:
- Encrypted User Authentication
